Congratulations Jesse

Recently, I have been asked to comment on Jesse Holley winning the 4th and Long reality series. I wanted to post an official response as I am elated for Jesse and his success. Jesse and I were teammates at the University of North Carolina and I look forward to having the opportunity to play with him at the professional level. In college and presently Jesse posses a strong set of physical tools that have made him successful. He is a skilled receiver with great hands and consistently puts himself in a position to make the necessary catches. I welcome Jesse to the organization that I am proud to be apart of and look forward to seeing him in San Antonio.

MoneyShot wants to know if you ever got to slap DT John Henderson in the face as part of his pregame ritual, or did he have a one of the assistants do it all the time?

Matter of fact, while we're talking about Big Nasty, MoneyShot would highly recommend that Jerry Jones trade for him. Before somebody pipes in all, "But Money, we already got a probowler in Jay Ratliff, we don't need Henderson...wonk wonk wonk." MoneyShot says, STIFLE! You trade for Hendy b/c...

[1] He's a beast in the middle. 335 pounds of Nasty.

[2] He could rotate with Ratliff as he learns the 3-4 and be a luxury insurance policy in case of injury, and in 2010 (if Wade and Jason Garrett-Martz get their ish together) then Ratliff moves to end taking Marcus Spears spot b/c he'll want big cheddar in a contract year and Jerry will need to sign Sensi to a long term deal instead. So, in 2010 you have Rat, Hendy, and Olshansky with Ware and Spencer. Who's gonna run on that line? That's right... quiet like a cemetery.

[3] If Wade and Jason Martz don't get this team deep into the playoffs then Wade is gone. Then, Dallas either promotes Jason Martz to HC (bad move in Money's opinion) or they go out and get Mike Shanahan. See where this is going? Jerry promotes Campo to DC and brings back the 4-3. Hendy and Rat will be your DTs with Spence and Ware going to DE, Jason Williams (Will) and Bobby Carpenter (Sam) will battle for OLB spots, while you still have Brooking and Bradie. Every player has experience in a 4-3 from either college or the pros. Then Hamlin and Sensi can freelance in the secondary like Woody and Roy Williams used to do.

What's that? Olshansky??? What about him? He simply rotates with Rat and Hendy, checks his ego at the door, and collects a paycheck. If he gets upset then Eddie Murphy has a message for him... "Don't like it, get the F' out!"

So, MoneyShot says trade for Hendy while he's at odds with Jack Del Rio, that's when you typically get good value for a player.

MoneyShot knows Sensi can't really comment on players from other teams, but he can still answer the "SlapFace" question.

Haha! No i have never slapped big john. Joe Shehan was one of the trainers in jacksoville and that was his role during pre-game. I seen it happen a couple of times and i busted out with laughter.

I have no clue what goes on in the front office. I just believe they will lead us to Miami (i believe thats where it is).

Should be interesting to see how Holley does. Its one thing to make plays going against a set of guys that are all trying to make their way onto a roster but I'm sure its different going against established NFL players.

Sensabaugh,
How has your Cowboy experience been so far? What have been some good/bad or surprising things you've experienced as a Cowboy so far and has there been any difference than with the Jags?

Trust me, Holley will be able to hold his own. Expect him to make some plays out there. He's a competitor

My experience as a cowboy has been great. I enjoy the city and the fans are just crazy about their team. I've never seen a place where football was everything. The expectations for this team are so high which makes the evironment that much better. The staff is full of great guys that all are on the same page. I love the way the organization is ran. Thats what brought me here and i am thankfull to be able to play for americas team.

Once again, I'd like to reiterate what others have said in that we are grateful that you have been posting responses to our comments. That's definitely appreciated and is driving up your fan base I'm sure.

Got a couple more questions:

1. Do you have a hit in the NFL you remember the most that you delivered? Was there a hit or block delivered on you that you remember most that you'd rather not experience again?

2. Do you feel any extra pressure to succeed knowing that the Cowboy fans expect you to be an upgrade at our safety position? I understand that it may be that no one puts more pressure on you than yourself but over the last few years, Cowboy fans have gotten fed up with the secondary and especially the safety position. Fans tend to be fickle and I'd imagine it would only take a couple of blown coverages to get people thinking "what's the difference?". Do you as a player get a sense of that at all? If so, how do you as a player overcome that or not let that take your focus away so that your start overthinking things?

I remember my rookie year i put a hit on kyle bowler on the sideline. It made #3 on jacked up. That was a really good one.

I really dont feel much pressure because i do put a lot on myself. Fans everywhere are critical of the players and are less tolerant of blatant mistakes. There are other athletes on other teams that can make plays but i'm going to do the best that i can to not give up those plays. In jacksonville I didn't give up that many big plays my 4 years there.
